Dr Simon Crisp

has nearly three decades of clinical experience as a psychologist and has held senior management and clinical multi-disciplinary team leadership roles. He has lectured in post-graduate Counselling and Ethics & Professional Issues as well as organisational and group leadership and is an approved supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia (Australian Health Profession Regulatory Authority). His approach is supportive, collaborative and aims to be practically helpful. Goals of supervision are always negotiated, but can focus on case formulation, integrating theory with practice, professional and role development, strategic support to manage difficult work settings or complex ethical or case-management issues. Simon sees that being able to bring a sense of adventure and fun into one’s work is ideal not only for personal resilience and sustainability, but also to enable you to be your best for your clients.
